Piper’s Heath Privacy Policy:
Personal information collected for the Summer Camp will be used and held solely by Piper’s Heath. Information is collected for the operation of the camp which includes safety and emergency purposes, and for future correspondence with camp participants which may include information about relevant upcoming events.

Conduct:
The programs are operated by Piper’s Heath Golf Club and The Tour Performance Golf Academy, and located on the Piper’s Heath Golf Club premises. To this end, all registrants will respect the facilities and grounds, and will abide by Camp rules. Failure to do so may result in immediate expulsion from a program, without refund of payment.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued for any cancellations received 14 days prior to the first day of attendance. All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee.

Inclement Weather:
Camps will operate “rain or shine.” Piper’s Heath instructors will provide alternative indoor activities (golf and non-golf related) in the event of inclement weather. In severe weather instances, we may require early pick-up. Refunds or credits will not be issued for inclement weather, and no “make-up dates.”

Lunch:
Piper’s Heath will provide a lunch to camper’s each day. The camp menu is set in advance, and will be available for review prior to first day of camp. No menu substitutions. Piper’s Heath will provide vegetarian and allergy conscious options when necessary. Items not listed on the “camp menu” are at additional expense.

Waiver and Consent:
I, the undersigned, hereby authorize Piper’s Heath Golf Club or anyone acting on its behalf, to acquire medical aid that may be required as a result of accident or injury sustained by my child. I hereby indemnify and save harmless Piper’s Heath Golf Club and Tour Performance Golf Academy from any and all actions, claims and demands for damages, loss or injury, however arising, which heretoafter may have been sustained by my child while participating in the camps.
I hereby authorize any images or video footage taken of my youth (under 18 years of age), in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other images and video footage, to be displayed on the associated company websites and other official channels, and to be used for media purposes including promotional presentations and marketing campaigns. I waive rights
to privacy and compensation, which I may have in connection with such use of my youth’s name and likeness, including rights to be written copy that may be created in connection with video production, editing and promotion therewith.
